so American Airlines called yesterday afternoon to say that my flight yesterday evening was being cancelled due to weather in Chicago. Can someone please advise me on how to reset my body clock? I cannot sleep past 7:30 a.m. (woe is me, I know!). I can’t tell if it’s the light in my apartment or just my body clock, but either way, need to fix it.
