People complain that the (twitter) service is trivial and solipsistic. Asked about the criticism, Biz Stone smiled and said “That’s like people saying ‘Why would I carry a phone around when I have one in my kitchen?’”
am I the only one who feels like that simile doesn’t really work there?
1) I sort of get the feeling that that’s just his go-to retort, independent of the question, and 2) I’m not sure he knows what solipsism is.
