How is it that the official timekeeper of the event is the same company that sponsors Phelps since 2004? Isn’t there a clear conflict of interest here?
well … this entire argument is undercut by the fact that .001 is actually one-thousandth of a second. if you’re going to go to the great lengths of researching/documenting this conspiracy theory, AND buying a domain for it — you might want to check your decimal places.
